What we do
AI companion apps change quickly: plans are rewritten, features move behind paywalls and privacy policies are updated with little notice. Kindred Bits tracks those changes and explains them in plain language, so you can decide what to use and what to share.
- Fix guides for common problems, built from each app’s own help pages.
- Privacy comparisons that show, side by side, what each app says it does with your chats.
- A dated change log of policy and plan changes that affect users.
What makes us different
- Privacy first. We start from the question “what happens to what I type?” and keep coming back to it.
- Every fact is dated and sourced. If we couldn’t check something, we say so.
- We don’t track you. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no account needed. See our privacy policy.
- No paid placements. We currently earn nothing from the apps we cover. See our affiliate disclosure.
